Which platforms are supported?

Can teams export data?
Yes — TXT, CSV, JSON exports. JSON includes word-level timestamps for programmatic use; CSV drops into Notion, Airtable, or Excel cleanly.
What if my platform isn't in the list?
Try the URL anyway — our generic extractor handles many unlisted platforms. If it fails, the workaround is to upload the video to Google Drive with public sharing and paste the Drive URL.
Does this work on TikTok and Instagram?
Yes for both, by pasting a link directly. Reels and TikTok videos work reliably; Instagram Stories are harder due to their auth-gated, ephemeral nature — see our <a href="/help/instagram-story-transcript">Story-specific help page</a>.
Can I transcribe a Zoom recording?
Yes if you upload it to Google Drive (or similar) with public link sharing first, then paste the Drive URL. We don't currently join live Zoom calls — for live capture use Otter.
What about region-locked content?
If the video isn't available in our server's region, we can't reach it. Workarounds in our <a href="/help/region-locked-video-transcript">region-lock help page</a>.
Are private videos supported?
Not without authentication. Most external tools have this same limitation. See our <a href="/help/private-video-transcript">private video help page</a> for the workarounds.
Is multi-platform support more expensive?
